Your role as a Head of O&M will include:

Lead the O&M team across the UK

Contract negotiations and lead on tenders - potential and current clients

Compliance with all requirements, contract obligations and H&S standards

The successful Head of O&M will have:

O&M Management experience on utility scale solar projects

Competent in contract management and compliance

Adept leadership qualities
