Salary: £33,000 per annum

Our client is a well-established pre-school located on church premises, providing a nurturing environment for children aged 2 to 5 years. They are seeking a dedicated Pre-School Manager to lead their team and create a vibrant, safe, and stimulating learning experience for their little learners. The role is from 8:30am to 4:30pm, 41 weeks a year, offering opportunities for professional development and career progression.

As a Pre-School Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Leading and supporting a team of childcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Developing and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all children.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers, providing updates on their children's development.
• Maintaining a high standard of safeguarding and wellbeing for all children in their care.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or a higher qualification.
• A clean DBS check and ability to provide relevant documentation.
• A practising Christian, embodying the values of our client's community.
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS and early childhood education principles.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative approach to early years education.
