In the role, you'll provide technical support and training to customers across the UK, ensuring they get the most out of their CNC machinery. You'll carry out demonstrations, time studies, and applications support, while liaising closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role is based in High Wycombe, with regular travel across the UK and some overnight stays when providing on-site support.

The Role:

• Provide applications and technical support to customers across the UK and in office
• Deliver training, demonstrations, and time studies to maximise machine performance.
• Work closely with the wider sales and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class service.

The Person:

• Background in CNC programming and machine tools,
• Confident reading drawings
• Based in High Wycombe and open to UK travel with some overnight stays.
