Teaching Assistant - Cranleigh

We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Cranleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support

• Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Supervise pupils during break times and school activities

• Promote a safe and nurturing classroom environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, caring, and adaptable approach

• Previous experience working with children (school-based desirable)

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
