Job Title: Internals Manager

Day Rate: £220 - £250
Client:
A Tier 2 Contractor who specialise in Steel Frame Industrial units, Distribution Centres and Retail Units is looking for an Internals Manager to oversee the Fit Out of a new build industrial unit. Works will include, new internal offices, installation of mezzanine floors, partition walls, full M&E Installation and decoration.
Responsibilities:
- Managing internal fit-out packages, ensuring efficient and seamless construction.
- Ensure the quality of works completed on site are to standard/spec
- Overseeing contractors and sub-contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe work environment.
- Proactively managing risks, implementing solutions to minimise delays and ensure project success.
- Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency.
Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Background working on internal fit out packages in warehouses or offices would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
