We're now seeking a motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic Optical Assistant (OA) to join our team at our flagship branch.

Role:

• Assist with appointments, reception, and customer care
• Help patients with frame styling and lens choices
• Support lens ordering and stock management (training given)
• Occasionally cover at Collier Row

Who You Are:

• Friendly and confident with great customer service skills
• Interested in eyewear and eye health (experience a plus)
• Willing to learn new digital tools and grow your skills
