Veritas Education are delighted to be working with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Croydon, South London, to recruit a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

This OFSTED-rated 'Good' school is well-regarded for its inclusive ethos, engaging curriculum, and strong commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential both academically and personally. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering high-quality, inspiring lessons that nurture curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who enjoys creating stimulating lessons, building meaningful relationships with pupils and families, and contributing positively to the wider school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (desirable, but ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)

• A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework

• Creativity and adaptability in planning and delivering engaging lessons

• Excellent classroom management with a supportive, inclusive approach

• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to inform effective teaching

• Supporting pupils' individual learning needs and promoting wellbeing

• A friendly and collaborative staff team with a strong sense of community

• Supportive leadership focused on staff wellbeing and career development

• Excellent CPD and training opportunities

• OFSTED-rated 'Good' with clear goals and high expectations
