We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join a prestigious culinary team at a high- volume conference/event venue.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef in high- volume environments
Previous experience in event/banqueting or catering
Passion for fresh ingredients and well-executed plates
Flexibility
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Offer:
Competitive salary up to 40k
Day time hours but some flexibility in the evenings is required
Most of the weekends off but some weekend flexibility is required
