Senior Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for a confident, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving central London team. With an enviable pipeline of Residential and Hotel projects ( 40m- 150m), this is an ideal role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up and lead.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of your own schemes in both a Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent capacity, working across new build and refurbishment projects. You'll be supported by talented APC-level QSs and mentored by Directors who are genuinely invested in your career.

With a team of 80+ and a flexible, no-rules hybrid policy, this is a great environment for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to grow, take on more responsibility, and work towards Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Previous Quantity Surveying Experience within UK Consultancies
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• MRICS ideally or working towards
