4Site is seeking an experienced construction professional to join a prestigious high-end residential main contractor as an Aftercare Supervisor. This role focuses on overseeing post-construction quality control and client support, requiring a strong background in high-end residential construction, hands-on site experience, and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction by managing remedial works, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining the company s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients after project completion, addressing concerns and coordinating solutions efficiently.
  • Oversee the aftercare process, ensuring all post-handover commitments are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess finishes, identify defects, and ensure outstanding issues are resolved to the highest standards.
  • Maintain thorough records of remedial works, client interactions, and any required follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to implement and manage effective aftercare solutions.
  • Identify recurring construction defects and work proactively to resolve root causes.
  • Report progress to senior management and provide clear updates to clients.
  • Supervise and support aftercare teams, ensuring remedial work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong site-based experience, ideally within high-end residential projects i.e. Site Manager
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ or equivalent) in a construction discipline.
  • Site management or supervision certifications (SMSTS, SSSTS preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management and customer relationship software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
