Quantity Surveyor / Permanent Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded consultancy based in London. This permanent role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of prestigious projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost control and budgeting for high-value projects
• Deliver pre and post-contract services
• Provide accurate cost estimates and financial reporting
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards

Skills & Experience:

• RICS accreditation (preferred)
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally on large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of cost management processes
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
