Covering mainly the Commercial Fit Out sectors and operating in London & the Home Counties the company requires a Mechanical Estimator on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be pricing a range of projects with values from 3k to 8M. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding yet established business, with a strong pipeline of work in place.

Mechanical Estimator Overview/Requirements

• Pricing a range of commercial and industrial works up to 8M in value
• Operating a key player in the business
• Office based with site visits
• Previous Experience in a similar role
• Relevant Industry Qualifications
• CSCS Card

Mechanical Estimator Renumeration

• Salary 65-70k
• Company Car/Allowance
• BUPA/Pension/Life Cover
• Pension
