What You'll Be Doing:Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive medication reviews and optimisation

• contribute to long-term condition management

• deliver evidence-based prescribing and clinical services

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective prescribing

• maintain accurate patient records using EMIS

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway

• prior GP practice experience

• experience using EMIS clinical system

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability for 2 days per week onsite in Lewisham. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
