Freelance Senior Surveyor - Life Sciences

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors.

Our client, a national leading contractor employ over 300 staff within their construction business and are heavily involved in the life sciences sector which can include large refurbishment and new builds.

They are a top tier company and would be a bonus on any CV going forward. Typically they engage staff on a permanent basis but due to a number of large project wins they are seeking 2x Senior Surveyors on a freelance basis which is outside of IR35.

The project is a 60m new build life science scheme based in Central London, with excellent train and bus access.

The candidate will be responsible to lead the commercial aspects of the projects both up and downstream, excelling in procurement and sub contractor management.

They are offering a long term opportunity and a strong day rate.

All candidates must have some form of life sciences experience with medium to large sized contractors.
