The Role

As Associate Planner, you'll be the director's right hand-immersed in high-value client relationships, complex planning scenarios, and cutting-edge investment strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional advice, crafting bespoke financial plans, and ensuring every client interaction is seamless, insightful, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the director to analyse client needs and identify planning opportunities
  • Attend client meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up with precision
  • Draft clear, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, retirement, IHT, and alternative assets
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of advice
  • Act as a trusted secondary contact for clients, building long-term relationships
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the evolution of the planning proposition
