Are you an Estimator with experience working on building refurbishment projects?

Do you have experience working on rail stations?

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE + car allowance
Location: Kent + hybrid working after 6 months

You will be working on a station projects, new build houses valued at £1m, and building refurbishment projects, valued up to £4m.

Requirements:
Experience/understanding of NRM and SMN7 estimating software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in estimating buildings projects
GCSE Maths
