Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in managing sales administration and overseeing financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively chase and follow up on quotations.
- Gather necessary information to prepare and issue quotations.
- Send quotations to clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Manage invoicing processes using Xero.
- Perform credit checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screenings for new customers.
- Follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email.
- Prepare and distribute weekly debtors reports and internal financial updates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities.
- Manage the general inbox and ensure timely responses to correspondence.
- Handle office telephone inquiries and route calls appropriately.
- Support with general administrative duties and office management tasks as required.

- Our modern offices are conveniently located in Oval, London
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).
