Market Day Rates inside IR35 via umbrella

Are you a passionate Scrum Master looking for an opportunity to drive agile excellence in a dynamic environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to support their technical teams in project management and scrum needs. This is a hands-on role where you will play a vital part in ensuring quality standards and effective workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily scrums and bi-weekly sprint planning.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define and plan delivery tasks.
Manage and track tasks in Jira, ensuring teams adhere to scrum/agile processes.
Partner with Product Managers and other engineering teams to create and execute realistic, achievable, and high-quality plans for Onyx product delivery across multiple sprints.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster an agile mindset among team members.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, particularly in scrum, and experience with project management tools like Jira. You should be comfortable working in cloud computing environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with technical teams and stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of agile frameworks.
Strong proficiency in Jira for task management and reporting.
Familiarity with cloud computing, especially GCP, is highly desirable.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
