Have you got successful Industrial project experience as a No1 under your belt?

Have you taken projects from inception to completion? Do you also have a track record as a No1 on Industrial projects valued over 45 Million? You will need to have a clear understanding of the importance that working closely with clients and sub-contractors to build strong ongoing working relationships, for repeat business.

Full responsibility of your site, you'll report directly into the Construction Director. You will have the know how to add value at pre tender stage & executive stage whilst on site. This candidate would be part of an already established team and have aspirations for career development towards directorship.

Ultimately you will understand we need a WIN WIN on site for all parties so everyone makes money and is happy!

If you are highly motivated, have a positive mentality and a demonstrate a strong leadership towards your team. The ability to manage major large scale Industrial projects or multiple projects moving forward, this may well be the perfect fit.
