Full time SEN LSA needed for welcoming SEN School in High Barnet (5 days per week)

Here at Destination Education we work closely with an SEN Trust who oversee 3 welcoming and well-resourced SEN provisions in North London.

The High Barnet site, easily accessible on the Northern Line, require a full-time LSA/Teaching Assistant to work with their Secondary aged students.

These students require compassionate, empathetic and committed staff members who can work with them on a daily basis. Routine and consistency are vital for these students, so this vacancy is only available to those who can work full-time, 5 days per week, and have the inner resilience to show up every day and give these students the best possible support and opportunities.

Do you have SEN experience? Is your DBS on the Update System? Are you available 5 days per week? Are you a reliable and punctual person who understands that SEN students require consistency?
