About the Role:

• Support students with SEN in their English and Maths lessons.
• Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students achieve their academic goals.
• Support children with SEMH needs throughout the school day.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with children with SEN.
• Strong knowledge of English and Maths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
