Cost Estimator

Our client, an established Domestic Plumbing and Heating services company, is currently recruiting a Cost Estimator to join their company. This role would be ideal for an experienced engineer looking to come of the tools, but work more within pricing estimations. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for pricing up jobs received from experienced Qualified Engineers on site, from parts to labour cost and time.

Key Responsibilities for the Cost Estimator:

• Pricing up jobs received from experienced Qualified Engineers on site, from parts to labour cost and timescales
• Working in a busy environment, pricing various works, from emergency repairs to everyday repairs and installations.
• Working closely with the technical team to produce work plans

Skills Required for the Cost Estimator:

• A proven background within plumbing and heating
• Experience pricing up jobs and coming up with quotes is essential
• Strong communication skills
