Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician required in High Wycombe!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves the assembling products and ensuring high-quality performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test following detailed procedures and specifications
• Diagnose faults and manage customer orders and quality reporting procedures
• Ensure a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and reduce costs
• Occasionally assist with customer site visits for installation and commissioning

Key Requirements:

• Experience with electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, fault diagnosis, and electronic testing
• Ability to read engineering, assembly, and manufacturing drawings
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Experience in the use of basic test equipment and product improvement initiatives
