The Role of the Customer Success Executive:

• Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for relationship building within an existing base of prestigious accounts and supporting the more senior members of the team.
• The role is well supported but you will need to prepare and used to work on your own initiative to help grow, retain and make sure the accounts are happy.
• The company are very supportive and help in your development. There are excellent opportunities for progression into senior roles.

The Candidate for the Customer Success Executive:

• A technology or software sales background is essential for the role
• You will have previous experience in a customer success role
• Want to learn and progress
• Driven, articulate and professional

The Package for Customer Success Executive:
30,000- 40,000 Basic Salary plus 5k OTE, on-site gym
Pension, Mobile, Laptop
25 days holiday plus stats
