Quantity Surveyor

Snowdon Recruitment are working with a long standing client who work within the mechanical industry to help them find a Quantity Surveyor.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will oversee the financials, review contracts, and maximise profits.

My client will consider applications from Quantity Surveyors who have experience in any of the following sectors - M&E, Construction, Engineering, Utilities, Infrastructure

Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financials and contracts
• Review contracts
• Maximise profitability
• Provide accurate monthly CVRs
• Lead commercial matters
• Manage applications for payment and retention collection

Quantity Surveyor Benefits:

• 65,000 - 70,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
