Opportunitiy to join an established, award-winning Microsoft Partner working on various D365 CRM implementation projects across several industries!

My client offers a competive starting salary up to 80k dependant on experience as well as a an flexible, hybrid working model (2/3 days a week) in Central London

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to understand business needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate your extensive knowledge of all functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configuring specifications and interface with clients to test, adapt and work through issues.
• Ability to work with detail and overall development and maintenance of the CRM platform to advise on best practice.

Skills and Qualifications

• Full project life-cycle experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 Modules - Customer engagement, sales, service.
• Excellent communication skills - ability to work closely with stakeholders and development teams.
• Ability to recognise areas to maximise the effectiveness of the D365 investment for the clients.
