HSEQ Advisor

Danny Sullivan Group are searching for HSEQ Advisors to work on a project in Gatwick, Surrey.

The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of the basics of HSEQ and how it can be applied to projects.

Responsibilities:

• Display a positive HSEQ culture and assist the HSEQ Lead in evaluating and enhancing company processes.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HSEQ's best practices, encouraging responsibility and commitment throughout the organization.
• Assist in identifying hazards for new contracts and collaborate with contractors and site managers to implement safety measures.
• Contribute to the development of HSEQ management plans, conduct risk assessments, and maintain compliance through regular site inspections.
• Keep detailed records of any and assist in training employees on health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Compile quarterly HSEQ reports, conduct regular site visits, and maintain communication with relevant authorities and professional organizations.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS card.
• NEBOSH General.
• Relevant degree.
• IOSH membership.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Civil works in a construction environment.
