We are recruiting for a SOUS / SENIOR SOUS CHEF for Chishuru, our one Michelin star modern west African restaurant in Fitzrovia, central London.

• 48 hours per week over four days / seven shifts, and we do not ask you to work overtime
• Monday to Friday
• Set menu only
• Open kitchen
