What we're looking for

New to warehousing? No problem. Skills can be taught. Bring your positive attitude and we'll support you every step of the way

You must be 18 or over.

You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol

You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.

For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions

Available Night Shift Roles

Nights Inbound

19:00 - 06:00 4 Nights per Week

Be the starting point of our customer fulfilment operation.

You'll receive goods from suppliers and place them into totes, ensuring our automated technology and picking teams have everything they need to keep orders flowing smoothly through the Customer Fulfilment Centre.

Nights Pick

19:00 - 05:00 4 Nights per Week

Help create amazing customer orders that are delivered across the country.

You'll pick and pack products into shopping totes with care and accuracy, supported by our advanced automated systems and robotics. The role combines teamwork, movement and technology in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are quite the same.

Nights Despatch

21:00 - 07:00 4 Nights per Week

Be part of the team that gets customer orders ready for delivery.

You'll load shopping totes into frames which are then loaded onto our delivery vans, as well as sort and organise returned totes coming back to site.

This is one of our most active roles, involving regular lifting and movement throughout your shift. If you enjoy staying on your feet and keeping busy, you'll feel right at home here. As a bonus, many colleagues say the role keeps them fitter than a gym membership!

Nights Freezer

19:00 - 05:00 4 Nights per Week

For those who don't mind the cold, this could be the perfect role.

You'll pick and pack frozen products within our large freezer environment. Full protective clothing and equipment are provided, and you'll work in temperatures as low as -25 C while helping ensure customers receive perfectly frozen products every time.

What Do You Get In Return?

Basic Rate: £12.84 per hour

Night Shift Premium: Additional £2.67 per hour for hours worked between 23:45 and 05:45

Freezer Premium: Additional £0.80 per hour

Overtime: Paid at 1.25x basic rate
