Your new roleYou will be responsible for:

• Preparing and issuing invoices in line with agreed terms, often involving manual processes.
• Managing a high-volume, high-value portfolio and ensuring accurate billing
• Driving effective credit control and supporting cash collection activities
• Handling customer queries and resolving complex discrepancies promptly
• Building strong relationships with clients to encourage timely payments
• Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Identifying and contributing to process improvements within the billing and credit control function
