Chinese Speaking Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations within a busy distribution centre, ensuring that all goods are processed, stored, and dispatched efficiently while meeting stringent service-level agreements.

Description

• Managing and motivating a team of supervisors, operatives, and temporary staff.
• Driving operational excellence across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions.
• Implementing and monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Partnering with senior management to support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Liaising with key clients and internal stakeholders to maintain world-class service delivery.

Profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally within the logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Good working knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
