We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor that has recently secured a major project in Hertfordshire. They are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to take the lead on MEP delivery, overseeing the laboratory, office, and diesel pump sections of the project.

The Role:

• Overseeing the full MEP package from pre-construction through to completion.
• Managing subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and project teams to maintain high standards.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and all relevant documentation is in place.
• Providing technical input and problem-solving to ensure project success.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in MEP project management on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

What s on Offer: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
