Programme Manager (Staffing / Recruitment)

Programme Manager is required on a contract basis for a leading international staffing / recruitment organisation to review their global contracting business and its future product development

The ideal candidate will come from a strong project / programme management background with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and will be able to bring them together in one programme of work using agreed change methodologies and governance frameworks.

You will have:

• Programme management experience (ideally within a staffing / recruitment context).
• Hands-on business / data analysis skills.
• Experience with gap analysis / running risk assessments
• Experience working internationally / within global functions.
• Experience working in a matrixed organisation.
