Clerk of Works - Ldn

We are working on behalf of a forward-thinking and growing consultancy who are looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join their London team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a wide range of exciting projects across the commercial, residential, and façade remediation sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in high standards, can work independently, and is looking to be part of a collaborative and quality-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and regulations
• Producing clear, detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records
• Working closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld on all sites
• Supporting project teams in delivering works on time, within budget, and to specification

Requirements:

• A relevant construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Clerk of Works or similar site quality assurance role
• Strong working knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and quality control standards
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple sites and priorities
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
