Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: Greet students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, booking rooms, and processing mail and deliveries.
• Visitor Assistance: Provide information on campus services, directions, and resources, supporting both domestic and international students.
• Event Coordination: Support the setup and management of events, including attendee check-ins.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
• Safety and Compliance: Monitor visitor logs and adhere to institutional safety procedures.
