Your new role
- Raising Purchase Orders - Manage the process of raising POs for planned works, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Complaint Handling - Support the team to address and resolve complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership - Lead and support a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Administrative Duties - Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.
- Reporting - Update key information and KPI 'S accurately
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for administrative tasks such as ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience raising purchase ordersPrevious experience in a senior / team leader role desirable What you'll get in return Training
