Recruitment Consultant - Kent

We are looking to onboard an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who can contribute to the growth of the business and wants to be a part of the next leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and organisational culture.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent and repeat business.
- Provide consultative advice on the IT talent market, current trends, and candidate availability.
- Utilise multiple channels to source qualified professionals, including multiple market-leading recruitment tools, networking events, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the team, share best practices and provide input within the business.
- Demonstrate your 360 experience by coaching candidates on upcoming interviews.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement.
- Conduct ongoing research to understand market trends and stay updated on sector developments.
- Use market insights to provide clients with advice on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarks, and skill availability.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
- Meet or exceed sales and placement targets by continuously generating new leads and converting them into business opportunities.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 1 year of experience in 360 recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in onboarding new clients and sourcing for urgent requirements.
