In the role of Centre Principal / Dealership Principal / General Manager, you will be instrumental in the performance and development of your Porsche Centre. In line with PRG s strategy, you will ensure your Centre s success and achieve world-class customer experience and operational excellence through strong leadership.

To apply for this role, it is essential that you have a proven track record at a senior level in automotive retail.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a culture in keeping with PRG s core values of Trust, Integrity and Empowerment
• Inspire and empower a team of circa 80 employees to drive the delivery of business targets and objectives including new and pre-owned vehicle sales, service hours, vehicle parts sales, finance and insurance sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Create, own and deliver your Centre s strategic plan, including strategies for customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention alongside budget and financial performance and cost control
• Foster strong relationships with Porsche Cars GB Ltd, meeting the expectations of the brand as a dedicated franchise partner
• As a PRG Executive Committee Member of, you will work in close collaboration with other board members to determine and shape the future of the company
• As a Certified Individual under the FCA s Senior Managers Certification Regime, you will be responsible for ensuring FCA compliance

Minimum Attributes

• Proven track record at a senior level in automotive retail
• Extensive background working with a luxury or premium brand
• Exceptional leadership skills in conflict resolution and employee development
• Excellent numeracy and analytical abilities, sales planning expertise, and deep understanding of sales process to successfully achieve targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and strategies to ensure long-term client retention
• Meet the FCA s minimum requirements for passing a fit and proper person though our background screening process
• Naturally, a full driving licence
