We're hiring a Finance Transformation & Compliance Lead to support key finance projects across two UK sites. The focus areas include SOX compliance, process improvement, and sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with SOX requirements

Drive finance transformation and reporting improvements

Standardise controls and procedures across sites

Advise on risk, controls, and cost efficiencies

Contribute to sustainability reporting and audit readiness

Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates

Candidate requirements:

Proven SOX compliance experience

Background in finance transformation

Knowledge of sustainability/ESG reporting would be an advantage

Strong analytical and project management skills
