Job Description:

Are you a Band 7 Occupational Therapist ? We've got work available in London!

Requirements:

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with right to work in the UK.
• Strong clinical experience in Discharge to Assess (D2A) and Supported Discharge pathways.
• Proven skills in OT assessment and treatment planning within a community setting.
• Previous experience in community-based roles is highly desirable.
• Car driver with access to own vehicle is strongly preferred due to the nature of community visits.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
