Are you seeking a new Opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor?

A major Tier 1 Contractor who are known for delivering prestigious projects are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a large scale Industrial project.

About the role

This large-scale industrial project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space, as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Monitor progress, financial and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership

Requirements for the Project Manager

• Must have previous experience on Industrial Projects
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects ideally within a tier 1 environment
• CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills,
• A deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations and project management best practices
• Ability to work in a fast paced in environment

What we offer

• Salary: 75,000 - 85,000
