Regional Director (Essex, Kent)

Role: Regional Director
Location: London, Essex, Kent
Salary: 90-95k per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of care homes across areas in the South East of England (Essex/Kent). This role requires regular travel between the care homes.

The Regional Director role is varied, interesting, and rewarding, requiring first-class leadership skills to help the business meet its objectives. Leading and managing a team of Home Managers, you will ensure high standards of service quality, while enhancing our reputation through the practice of our Fulfilling Lives values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authority CCG/CQC, with a sound understanding of statutory and legislative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) and relevant EC Directives.
• Meet all contractual obligations to avoid financial penalties and manage any contractual disputes.
• Develop and lead a competent team of Home Managers, motivating them to support and develop their teams effectively.
• Assist in the preparation and review of budgets.
• Contribute positively to the business in terms of profit, development, growth, and market position.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading a group care homes.
• Extensive knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple budgets across a multi-site business.
