Optometrist - Ealing, West London

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Inspired Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a well-established optical practice in Ealing that is looking to welcome an Optometrist to its experienced and friendly clinical team.

The Role

As the Optometrist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional eye care while building lasting relationships with your patients.

Your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive eye examinations.
• Contact lens assessments and aftercare.
• Providing clinical recommendations and lifestyle advice.
• Working with the latest technology including OCT, Optomap and Phoropters.
• Participating in MECS clinics and enhanced clinical services.
• Working closely with the experienced support team to provide seamless patient care.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.

The ideal candidate will be:

• GOC registered (or eligible to register).
• A confident and clinically focused Optometrist.
• Comfortable fitting contact lenses.
• Commercially aware while always putting patient care first.
• Friendly, approachable and a genuine team player.
• Keen to continue developing clinically.

Working Pattern

• Full-time or part-time considered.
• Minimum 3 days per week, inclusive of one weekend day for part-time applicants.
• 9:00am - 6:00pm working day (8:45am start).
• Weekend commitment of either every Saturday or every Sunday.

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000 - £65,000 pacakge depending on experience.
• Annual performance bonus (up to approximately £6,000).
• 5 weeks holiday including Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.
• GOC fees paid.
