Job Role: Maintenance Plumber

Area: Round M25

Salary: £45k - £50k

My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to join their team covering various site in Kent & Surry. This will be covering Commercial, Healthcare, Education & MOD sites round the M25.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and faulty equipment in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant plumbing codes and standards.
• Keep accurate records of work carried out, including service reports, parts used, and time on site.
• Liaise with clients, facilities teams, and contractors to schedule work, provide updates, and ensure minimal disruption to building occupants.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Have worked in a similar role.
• NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential) NVQ Level 3 (desirable) in plumbing and heating.
• CSCS
• Full driving licence
