Manufacturing Team Leader

Hudson Shribman is looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee our production cell operations, ensuring excellence in output, people, and process.

• Proven leadership in a production/manufacturing environment
• Strong grasp of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities
• Skilled in motivating and developing individuals and teams
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with tools like TOC, DSUM, SPL, PDPs, and RFT metrics is a plus
