Recruitment Consultant

Lennox Recruitment is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to work with one of the UK's leading Education recruitment agencies who source teachers for Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in Essex

We're looking for:

• 360 Recruitment consultant.
• Good Business Development skills is a must (cold calling clients and winning new business).
• Any previous sector experience is welcomed!
• Recruitment consultants will be running a Dual desk (Temp and Perm placements).

Here are the details -

• Base salary between 25-40k, depending on individual experience.
• 10% commission on permanent placements and up 25% on contract placements.
• With a potential guarantee on earnings for the right candidate.
• Working 7am - 4pm during term time and 9am - 3pm in the school holidays.
• 1 day a week remote working.
