This company are looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to join our vibrant, fashion-forward practice. We are seeking a top-tier candidate with strong managerial experience, a passion for optics, and the ability to lead from the front.

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the practice, leading by example, and driving both clinical excellence and business growth. This is a high-responsibility role ideal for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven manager looking to take on a leadership challenge.

The role You will be the leader of the team, ensuring that every aspect of the practice is running efficiently - from patient care and team development to sales performance and stock control. You will manage a skilled team of dispensers, Optical Assistants, and front-of-house staff while working closely with senior management to ensure the practice thrives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service Oversee day-to-day operations, including team management, scheduling, and stock control Drive sales performance through a customer-centric approach and sales targets Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and retention Ensure the practice meets operational, clinical, and compliance standards Manage training and development of team members, with a focus on growth and progression Maintain visual merchandising and practice presentation to the highest standards

About you

• Proven managerial experience in optics, retail, or healthcare (ideally with a dispensing background) Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance Highly organized, with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence Results-driven and comfortable working in a target-driven environment Flexible, proactive, and a natural people leader with the ability to inspire your team
