Engineer Supervisor

We are looking for an Engineer Supervisor to join the team of an established FM company in the South London region on a FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company with possibility of a permanent position.

Engineer Supervisor
Monday to Friday (8-5)
FTC - 6 months contract
South London - SE1

As an Engineer Supervisor, you will be managing a team of 4 engineers:

• Leading the team and helping to manage performance
• Assisting with utilisation of systems such as Maximo
• Managing the team's workload and ensuring jobs are closed off correctly
• Working closely with the helpdesk team to ensure a seamless process
• Ensuring health and safety is maintained

As an Engineer Supervisor, you will need:

• Relevant experience and NVQ Level 3 ( flexible on specialty)
• Experience managing a team of engineers
• Ability to be flexible if call outs are required
