Head of Fundraising and Communications

Prospectus is pleased to be supporting our client to help them recruit for a Head of Fundraising and Communications.

The organisation is a charity based in London, supporting people facing street homelessness through prevention, intervention, and recovery. The charity specialises in helping people with complex and multiple needs, including those associated with poor mental health and substance misuse.

This is a part-time, 4 days a week role paying a salary of £60,425 FTE per annum (£48,340 pro rata). The postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices.

The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and managing all fundraising streams, with overall budget responsibility to enable income generation that adds value across the organisation in line with the organisation's vision and values. You will lead the team in developing and maintaining supporter journeys for the development of relationships and retention with individuals, corporate partners and some charitable trusts.

They are looking for someone with substantial experience of working in Fundraising with a proven track record of successful income generation through different streams from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering Individual Giving activities and strategies, including High Net Worth engagement. You will be skilled in producing engaging and inspiring copy for a wide range of prospect and donor communications.
