NRSWA Installation Operative

We are looking for an NRSWA Installation Operative to work out manufacturing in Hayes.

Working Pattern:

• Salary range: £130 to £151 per shift (dependent on experience).

• Working Pattern: 8 to 10 hours per shift, Monday to Friday (6:00 am to 14:30 / 16:30 pm)

About the Role:
We re looking for a skilled professional to undertake groundwork, excavation, street furniture installation, and footpath reinstatement. Based in Hayes, Middlesex, you ll support multi-site installation projects across the region. Work with a dedicated team of professionals who value quality, teamwork, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain street furniture.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain vehicles and report incidents or faults promptly.

What We re Looking For:

• Full driving licence (12+ months).
• Experience in groundworks, excavation, and footpath reinstatement.
• Operative New Road and Street Works Act Certification.
• A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSCS Certification, Forklift Certification, or CAT scanner experience.
• Ability to read engineering/construction drawings.
